🤯 Is the most powerful intelligence not artificial?

I left that mastermind session with the most powerful intelligence and a smile so great that I barely fit my face.

He had not closed a sale.
I did not launch a new product.
I didn’t go viral either.

I simply spent two hours sharing ideas, questions and visions with people who, like me, are committed to growing. And it was not what I contributed what transformed me …
It was what I took.

Intelligence that does not come from an algorithm

I call it Collective intelligence.

A form of wisdom that is not born from Google, nor from books, nor from AI.
But of the real, human, imperfect and valuable experiences that are put in common.

Every time I enter one of these spaces, I go out with lighter ideas, with angles that I had not considered, with more perspective and, above all, with more force to advance.

Over time I understood that the people I have around are not just “good company.”
They are part of my growth ecosystem.

And like every ecosystem, you have to know which irrigation plants … and which ones no longer deserve my water.

Surrounding you well is not doing networking

Choosing well who you have close is not just a networking tactic.
It is a vital decision for your development.

It’s about building environments where:

The most powerful intelligence is not artificial. Is Shared.

Reciprocity is not a marketing strategy.
